Elvis the Elf leading up to Christmas..

 Getting help brushing her teeth!
I think I missed a day or two with Elvis, the flu hit 3/5 of us and I was 1 of them:/ Plus one of those days, dad touched elvis by tipping her over while she was going on a horse ride through the living room, so....she didn't move!
Christmas for us came early -on Friday since we went to KS for the holiday. On the last day Elvis returned from the North Pole with a Baby that we named Jack.  Since it was the last night for Elvis, the kids were allowed time to tough, hugs and kiss Elvis and Jack goodbye.

Devin(photobombed by little sister)

Deon and the kids headed out to look at lights while I cleaned up dinner and "went to the store". We returned to a lite porch light(so we knew Santa was gone) and opened gifts.
Stockings had a book for each, hockey cards for one and football cards for the other with some candy K-had pink Hello Kitty Coco and candy with her book
Devin got a Furby, Itunes, head phones, & Helmet for horse riding
Deon got a new coffee cup, jeans and tee-shirt
 Trying on the new helmet
Kendall got a Fijit, volleyball, camera/video recorder,  Barbie movie and Taylor Swift CD, & Easy Bake Oven food.
I got new hand towels and a calendar(tradition I ask for every year)

Adopted Elvis the elf

I was a little mixed on this adoption simpily because my boys are older and I thought they would enjoy her...Was I wrong! Andon is the first one up in the mornings and has always found her. He is quite interesrted in our elf. He may have accidentley touched her, but he left a note saying he was sorry.

We made cookies for Elvis to welcome her into our family and she got the milk herself

 Fishing
 On the climbing wall
 Connect 4 with the nutcracker
Making steel cut oats in the crock pot for the family since we had a busy Saturday
Elvis found a man friend while driving around in Barbie's Jeep-Kendall added pink bunny in the morning.
Checking on baby Jesus-note Elvis' man friend again
 Hearding farm animals
A game of air hockey

Thanksgiving break

Over break we put up the tree:
Don't let them fool you...they look as though they are getting along, however they were arguing over ornaments that were theirs, where to hang ornaments etc.
My helper
Boys lost decorating interest and moved on to Fort Making
Snow flakes
On Thanksgiving day; I baked a ham, watched Football, and went black Thursday shopping with Liza.
Friday we relaxed around the house and continued our holiday tradition of the Gingerbread houses:

The boys slept on the futon over break
Saturday morning the girls had a spa morning

While we were spa-ing, the boys were playing football out front with dad and finishing my towel hook rack.
